Unleash Your Inner Collector: The Ultimate Intel Hunt

In Black Ops 7, each mission holds a special collectible artifact, known as Intel, just waiting to be discovered. With a total of 11 Intel pieces to find, your journey through the campaign is about to get a whole lot more exciting. But here's the catch: you'll need to be sharp-eyed and strategic to locate them all.

By collecting these Intel pieces, you not only unlock achievements and trophies but also earn some sweet cosmetic rewards. So, are you up for the challenge? Let's embark on this quest together and uncover the secrets of BO7!

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Exposure: Deep within the mission, after a fall through the floor, you'll find the first Intel. Use your Kinetic Jump ability to reach the main area and clear the stairs. Keep an eye out for a well, where a smaller machete awaits, holding the Intel titled "Becoming the Monster."

  • Inside: On the map Avalon, finding Intel is mercifully easy. After meeting up with Karma, head to the right side of her station. There, you'll find a body bag with a secret: the Intel "The Truth."

  • Distortion: After surviving the container maze and boat ambush, your objective is to rescue Woods. But beware! Don't open the container; instead, hop up the vine and use your grappling hook to reach a floating island. There, you'll find "Family Ties," a dog tag artifact, and a killstreak to boot.

  • Escalation: Back in Avalon, this Intel is conveniently close. After defeating Priya, head to the server room and access the main terminal. But first, enter the room to the right of the entry door and grab the USB called "The Cost of Business."

  • Disruption: Playing as Spector Two, your mission is to infiltrate the Forge. Ignore the restricted area objective for now and take the stairs to the Diagnostics section. There, you'll find the Intel "Best Laid Plans" on top of a filing cabinet.

  • Collapse: This one's a tricky one! After clearing the enemies in the tented area, go left outside the Colosseum and up the stairs. Climb into the ruins and head to the second floor. There, you'll find a decapitated statue head with the Intel "Heavy Is the Head."

  • Fracture: Early on in the mission, after navigating the canyon, you'll spot a blue semi-truck. Hop into the red semi with the farm scene and turn around to find the artifact "Team Bond," a tiny American Flag pin.

  • Quarantine: After taking the elevator zipline to the penthouse, find Dr. Faulkner. Take a right, then another right up the stairs. Open the double doors and head into the conference room. There, you'll find the Intel "Case" next to a paper on the table.

  • Suppression: Once you arrive at the hunting cabin, head upstairs and take a right into the room. Look towards a wooden dresser and find the collectible fishing rod called "Lake Time" in the corner.

  • Breakpoint: In Avalon, this Intel is easy to miss. When you get the objective to disable Cradle shipments, don't start it yet. Instead, clear a few enemies and look over the bridge towards the crane. Hop down onto the shipping crate and enter it. There, you'll find the artifact "Trigger Finger."

  • Containment: This is a tough one! The final collectible is hidden in the boss battle. Grab the grappling hook during the Gear Up objective to make reaching the Intel easier. Look for Guild containers floating over the edge of the arena, and climb up to find the "Face the Nightmare" artifact, a canister of The Cradle.

And there you have it! All the Intel locations in Black Ops 7's campaign, conveniently laid out for you. But here's where it gets controversial: do you think these collectibles are worth the effort? Are they just a fun bonus, or do they add a crucial layer to the game? Let's discuss in the comments and share our thoughts on the value of these hidden gems!
